The Westmont Center
The Westmont Center
The Westmont Center, located on Westmont Drive, east of Snyder Memorial Baptist Church, is our newest Center location.  The Westmont Center, equipped and furnished by a grant from the Junior League of Fayetteville, is home to four counseling offices, a waiting room and administrative offices.

For Appointments at the Westmont Center, please call (910) 484-4061 during regular business hours.

For all other appointments, please call (910) 484-0176.

Appointments are scheduled on a first come-first served basis.  We frequently have a waiting list that will necessitate your appointment going on a waiting list.  We will call you when openings in the schedule occur to arrange for your appointment times.  Requesting a specific therapist or a specific time may delay your appointment being scheduled due to our full schedule.

We will assist you in verifying your insurance coverage when you call for the initial intake conversation.  We can call your insurance company for verification of coverage, co-payment or deductible rates and additional information.  Please have your insurance card and phone numbers available when you make the initial phone call.

It is helpful for you to come to the office a few days before your appointment to pick up the intake and evaluation forms.  You may fill these forms out at your leisure and bring them with you to your first appointment.  If you do not choose to fill out the forms ahead of time, please arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment to have time to fill out the forms.

Please be sure to bring all insurance cards with you.  New federal law also requires that we verify identification with a valid, government issued (State or National) I.D. card.

If you are making appointments for a minor child, please bring verification of insurance coverage.  If you are the legal guardian of the child, please bring legal documentation of verification.
